Thank you so much for this video. It's good to be reminded that we can create our own response to life. I have health issues too and sometimes get frustrated because they're not going away after many years. But I also know about living/creating my own reality and I want to do that as much of the time as I can. I particularly liked the idea that they feel they can laugh about it.
I look for things like this on the web to keep me in the groove. Thanks Gayatri. You have always inspired me and you continue to do so.

(Who is this Sarah-chick). I sent this video to my new sister-in-law in NJ and she adored it. And this weekend we sat around the table with the extended family and discussed this video in conjunction with a recent funeral where people shared laughter over stories of the funeral-ee. The idea discussed was how being true to oneself often means laughing over things that others may feel too "sacred" or morbid.
It really is OK to lighten up and I like reminders of that.
